Booking & Pre-Wedding Logistics

 

Do you offer a bridal trial session, and how should I prepare?

Yes. Bridal Previews (hair and makeup trials) are available as an optional services and can be hosted at my home studio or your preferred location. 

 

To prepare:

  • Arrive with a clean, moisturized face and completely dry hair washed the night before.

  • Wear a white or light-colored shirt that matches your wedding gown's neckline.

  • Bring 3–5 unedited inspiration photos of your desired look, plus images of your dress, veil, and jewelry. Try to find images of real brides and looks, not AI-generated.

 

How far in advance should I book my wedding date?

Popular dates, especially peak season weekends, book out 12 to 18 months in advance. Check the availability Calendar for your date.

To officially reserve your date, a signed Save-the-Date Agreement Form and a Save-the-Date Booking Retainer are required.

 

Do you travel to my venue, and what areas do you serve?

Yes, I provide on-location, mobile beauty services so you can relax on your big day. I primarily serve North, Central, and South Florida from Jacksonville to Miami and from Daytona Beach to Tampa. (including Flagler, Volusia, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties, including Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, DeLand, Ponte Vedra, and Flagler Beach).

 

Hair & Makeup Specifics

 

 

Are false eyelashes included in the price?

Yes. false eyelashes are always included with every adult makeup application at no additional cost. I select the style (from natural to high-drama) based on your eye shape and comfort level. If you are looking for a specific lash style, just ask. 

 

How do you ensure the hair and makeup last through the Florida heat and dancing?

As a Licensed Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist, I prep your skin according to its unique type. I use professional, camera-ready primers, waterproof formulations, and long-wear locking sealers. Your makeup and hair will stay flawless from your first look to your final exit.

 

Can you accommodate large bridal parties?

Yes. I offer packages like the "I Do Crew" and "Bridal Mafia" to streamline large parties. For larger groups, I build out a detailed beauty timeline and can bring trusted assistant stylists to ensure everyone is ready on time without rushing.

 

Do you offer services for flower girls or grooms?

Absolutely. We love pampering the whole family:

  • "Flower Power": Light blush and lip gloss complimentary for children under 12.

  • "Mr. GQ": Tailored men's grooming, hair styling, and light, camera-ready skin.

 

Can you cover up tattoos or birthmarks?

Yes. Leveraging my extensive background in special effects (SFX) and production makeup, I offer professional tattoo cover-up and heavy body makeup. This service is fully customized and priced according to the size of the area being covered.

 

Timeline & Payment Policies

 

 

How long does hair and makeup take on the wedding day?

I typically allocate 45 to 60 minutes per bridesmaid/mother and 90 to 120 minutes for the bride. This allows ample time for precision styling, veil placement, and any final touch-ups before your photographer arrives.

 

What is your cancellation and date-change policy?

All details regarding delays, cancellations, or changes of heart are explicitly outlined in the Save-the-Date Agreement. Retainers are non-refundable to secure the date, but booking modifications can be made according to the contract's specified notice window.

What payment methods do you accept, and how do I secure my date?

To officially secure your event date, a signed Save-the-Date Agreement and a non-refundable, non-transferable Save-the-Date Booking Retainer are required. Retainer amounts are determined based on your total requested services, typically 25% of you total services.

For both your booking retainer and remaining contract balances, payments are accepted through our online payment portal:

  • Credit Card

  • Venmo

  • CashApp

Please note: Dates and specific service times are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be locked into the master calendar once both the payment and signed contract are fully received.

Is gratuity included in the service pricing?

No, gratuity is not included in the base package or contract pricing.

While tipping is entirely at your discretion, a standard 15% to 20% gratuity is customary in the beauty industry to show appreciation for your artists' hard work.

You can handle gratuities in two ways:

  • Cash given directly to each beauty stylist on the wedding day.

  • Digitally added to your final invoice balance prior to the event using our online payment portal.
